FlowBIM.ai started with a simple conviction: a growing firm should run on a system — not on the memory and hours of one person.
So we design and install the control and validation layer that keeps quality and margin steady, from Pre-Design to the field, and stabilize it before handover so it runs without us.
No indefinite consultant presence.
Technology evolves fast. Control principles don't.
We built this from decades of real AEC practice and four years of focused study, validation, and research — turning hard-won field experience into a system any growing firm can run.

The Problem We Solve
The AEC industry doesn't have a technology problem.
It has a control problem.
Most firms experiment with BIM, AI, and digital tools.
Few operate them structurally. The gap between intention and execution is where margin disappears—through rework, coordination errors that reach the field, and senior time spent rechecking work that should have been controlled upstream.
Small and mid-sized firms feel this gap most sharply.
They have the agility to respond, but not the structural layer that turns tools into operating control.
That layer is what FlowBIM.ai installs — the prerequisite most enterprise software assumes already exists.
AEC firms design spaces where people live, heal, and gather. Few design their own operations with the same care.
We build control systems for that gap.
Not only to protect margin — because every error caught upstream is one that never reaches the people who will use the building.
Why We Exist
Behind every project there's a community, and behind every building, there are decisions that shape how people live.
We see small and mid-sized firms working with the control of large ones — and delivering buildings that live up to what they designed.

Founder, FlowBIM.ai
· Intl. Assoc. AIA
Born in Venezuela, Yenny Carolina Osorio earned her architecture degree from Universidad de Los Andes and has spent 27 years working in design and construction across three countries. She has led the design of 285 residential and commercial projects and participated in the construction of about 80 of them, an experience that shaped her focus on how design intent survives the path to the field.
In 2025, she founded FlowBIM.ai to install control and validation systems in small and mid-sized AEC firms, using a methodology built from that production experience.
She holds a Master's in AI Applied to Architecture & Engineering and a BIM Manager Master's, along with certifications from MIT in Sustainable Building Design & Energy and from IBM in Artificial Intelligence.
She is an International Associate member of the American Institute of Architects and is currently based in Chicago.
